Areas of Expertise:

His expertise consists of negotiating structured settlements nationwide for clients and conducting specialized training for negotiations using structured settlements. In addition he also conducts Continuing Legal Education seminars on settling General Liability claims using Special Needs Trusts in association with structured settlements. The types of cases he has settled include medical malpractice, catastrophic cases, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation.

Experience:

Patrick works out of EPS's lower downtown Manhattan office. He has over 20 years of industry experience. During his service with EPS settlements he has handled close to 2000 cases.

Licenses:

Patrick holds his life, health, and disability license in multiple states as well as his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses in multiple states. He is currently working on obtaining his Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Education:

Patrick obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1988 and his Certificate in Finance, New York University in 2001.
